Shanghai

AIXTRON, a German company, specializes in the manufacturing of Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) systems. These systems are used for depositing wafers in various applications, including LEDs, GaN or SiC power electronics, and photovoltaic materials. During my tenure, I managed sales for key clients, established and led the Marketing and Key Account Management department in China. My responsibilities included providing priority sales and service support to these key customers, conducting competitive analysis, studying government subsidy policies, and preparing market intelligence reports for the management. As a result of these efforts, we achieved over 200 million Euros in sales from China in 2011, and our China team played a significant role in contributing to AIXTRON's overall sales between 2011 and 2012.

Shanghai

Ismeca is a Swiss company specializing in the production of test handlers for the semiconductor back-end process, encompassing IC testing, vision inspection, and packaging solutions.My professional journey with Ismeca commenced with the responsibility of establishing the company's inaugural office in Shanghai. In this pivotal role, I oversaw sales and service operations throughout China. Initially, our team comprised only six dedicated professionals, but we embarked on an impressive growth trajectory, increasing sales revenue eightfold from 2000 to 2005. This outstanding achievement earned the Ismeca China team the title of Ismeca's sales champion for six consecutive years globally.During this period, we successfully facilitated the sale of more than 500 machines, achieving a record-high sales revenue of $60 million in 2008. Presently, Ismeca China boasts a workforce of over 60 individuals, underscoring our sustained success and ongoing expansion.

I led a Sales & Services team comprising eight individuals at the Philips China office. Our primary focus was on selling a range of analytical equipment, including Electron Microscopes (TEM, SEM), Energy Dispersive Systems (EDS), and X-Ray Spectrometers (X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometers, X-Ray Diffractometers). These state-of-the-art instruments found wide-ranging applications in material quality and quantitative analysis across diverse industries, including Iron & Steel, Automotive, Universities, Semiconductor, Cement, Petrochemical, Medical, Forensic, and more.Our unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to our customers' needs resulted in our China team receiving the prestigious "Best Sales Performance Team in Philips Analytic Worldwide" award.
