I am a highly motivated National Training Standards Manager-MHE & FLT who can confidently manage all situations including the more difficult or challenging with both learners & customers, in a calm & professional manner, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines that are required by both RTITB & IPAF awarding bodies. I possess a strong knowledge of the specifications and criteria that must be followed in these fields with the support of the relevant and most recent manuals, and confidently relay information regarding updates or changes to any Training manuals or guidelines at the earliest opportunity.I possess good interpersonal skills which include the ability to communicate in all areas as required; I feel these qualities are great assets when working closely with people, either in person or by other means such as standardisation meetings ,lesson observations & monitor visits.As well as being confident working on my own, I consider myself a great team player, always looking to improve my knowledge and skill that would benefit me in either situation

Duties include:- training and refreshing trainees on various types of FLT as and when required from management. Day to day running of warehouse. Organising maintenance/repairs of equipment. Making sure orders are met, wagons were loaded/unloaded on time, solving any problems within the department where possible and also making sure general house keeping is met. As well as first aid duties when required.

Day to day farm work which mainly included tractor work using various implements (general farm worker)
