Raymond Young has had an extraordinary career over the last twenty-five years. He recognized his passion and desire for success at the age of sixteen. At eighteen, he began his career in the gas station business working as an independent owner operator responsible for promoting, managing and developing employees. By the age of twenty-three, he grew his business to five service stations, unheard of in the industry at that time.At twenty-nine Raymond left the service station business to join one of the largest Financial Services Marketing & Distribution organizations in North America; where he successfully grew his sales & marketing agency to 450 licensed representatives, becoming the #1 agency in all of Canada. During his seventeen year career period he also became a professional life coach and success mentor to his organization.Raymond merits his success from learning how to keep moving when life stops. His father played a huge role in his success thinking; he held on to something his father said at a very young age: "things don't happen, people make things happen", hence a 30 year career as an entrepreneur. Raymond's unique edge as a coach is his authentic nature, always speaking from the heart, never scripted.
