I have run Abeltun & Partnere AS for Tryg Insurance since 2018. After our startup year we used 2019 to become one of the highest grossing, we built our branch to become one of the biggest in the Tryg franchise system. After doing this I sold the branch.Short summary for each year in Tryg:2019 - Won awards at Trygs Franchise awards for highest grossing branch and branch also had best sales representative. Won Branch of the year award.2020 - Bestselling branch and bestselling sales representative in 2020. One of the top branches in category new sales.Won branch of the year award.2021 - Majority of branch sold after building it to one of the most successful branches in Tryg franchise. Won branch of the year award.Branch sold in december 2021.

Citi opened their Norwegian branch customer service after acquiring the brand credit card “Shell Mastercard. I was one of the first employees at Citi`s customer service for Norwegian customers. As one of the first hired I got tasked with helping establishing routines and manuals for a wide range of operations and routines in the customer service center.My good job was noticed and I was offered a promotion and was thereafter in charge of the Norwegian customer services Quality. As an quality analyst I had the role of making sure that security, branding, safety procedures and other important protocols were followed by all members of our customer service team.

This was the job where I discovered my skills for sales.Despite it being a seasonal job I was one of the few offered to stay on during the low season to keep me for the next high season sales cycles.
