-Lead UVAHR consultant for the UVA Health System employee engagement administration (project management, change management, communications, education and strategic design) impacting 13,000 team members-Collaborating across UVA Health System to design and implement workforce engagement strategies in support of 700+ work unit leaders-Strategically partnered to develop 13 relevant, engaging and impactful leadership development courses to improve the performance of management across UVA Health System-Co-led the designed and development of Talent Development’s internal and external UVA coaching program. Responsible for recruiting, vetting, deploying and assigning highly qualified external executive leadership coaches for UVA leadership: front line managers to C-Suite executives-Lead system strategic advisor for executive, operational and service leaders to increase engagement and performance amongst work unit leaders and team members. -Lead organizational development consultant for internal HR team cohesion and team performance interventions

-Design, develop and facilitate interesting, relevant and high impact training for faculty and staff-Create and facilitate customized professional development interventions that directly increases employee job performance and address complex organizational dysfunction-Apply knowledge of business needs assessment and analysis to establish training goals and assist with the development of new initiatives-Recruit, train, and support qualified and engaging volunteer facilitators to provide professional development workshops-Establish clear learning objectives and perform assessments to ensure objectives are being achieved

• Coordinate major programs and events for JMU's 300+ student clubs and organizations and provide administrative and educational leadership to the advising and development of student organizations.• Create, implement and support educational programs which utilize student organizations as avenues for student learning and personal development including risk management education, hazing education, overall organizational development and officer transitions
