-Provide level I and II technical support to employees across many mid-Michigan Consumer’s Energy Service Centers. Support includes troubleshooting and repairing problems with desktops, laptops, mobile phones, field worker tough devices, POS systems, and printers.-Image and deploy devices to employees with the applications pertaining to their job duties. -Ensure technical assets are updated as they are decommissioned, reassigned, or deleted using the ServiceNow ticketing software. -Assisted with multiple large projects, including the removal of all IT equipment from the Karn Generating Facility to prepare for decommission. Also, I collaborated with the Network team on a switch upgrade project, replacing and routing several network switches.

-Managed an Oracle database enhancement project by assigning resources, facilitating team meetings, and generating status reports. I ensured the project’s financials were accurate utilizing the Clarity PPM software. -Supported senior Project Managers in maintaining their project and enhancement backlogs using Azure DevOps. -Analyzed and summarized Power BI operational metric reports for IT Corporate Services, which were presented to the Chief Digital Officer and VP of Technology.-Developed a daily defect tracker in Excel for a critical, over-budget project, which was used in securing additional resources for completion.
