Lead and direct all phases of supply chain, logistics, sourcing, and vendor operations activities in Asia.

Lead Asia operatons to support the business growth of Moen in the region by building effective teams and to strategically designing and optimizing the supply chain. Responsible for two manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou, China and Baddi, India as well as global supplier quality and global sourcing for the Asia supply base.

Developed processes and staff to support the rapid growth of a small facility from less than USD 2-mil ouput to over 100 mil in 7 years. Led SAP local implementation and expanded manufacturing capacity to suppor rapid business growth. Key governmental liason with customs and tax bureaus. ISO-9000, 14000 and OHSAS certified facility.

Key project member to build a USD 30-million greenfield state-of-the-art hot-fill facility. Responsible for all plant operations and local governmental affairs.

Commissioned own and co-packer facilities in 11 countries in Asia to make Gatorade product to support local markets. Responsible for tailoring packaging and processing solutions for Asia facilities. Ensure compliance to brand standards as well as unique local requirements.

Led corrugated new package development for food and beverage products of the company. Also developed scientific, repeatable test methodlogies to aid package development research to enhance shelf life of perishable products.
