Under the direction of Dr. Shane Jimerson.- Facilitated problem solving strategies to support conflict resolution among children in grades K-6.- Applied the IDEAL problem solving method to resolve conflicts that arose on the playground.- Completed a literature review.- Communicated with school administration to discuss issues and enhancements for a better recess experience.- Assisted in expanding the Power of Play program to include another neighboring elementary school.- Assisted in recruitment of research assistants for the upcoming school year.- Guided and advised new research assistants to ensure a smooth integration into the program.

VBS is a Summer Bible Camp Program that runs for a week sometime every summer at our local church in Convoy, San Diego.Duties as a leader/photographer.- Guided and taught elementary school youth about the bible for the duration of a week.- Used Windows Movie Maker and created daily video presentations of the program and presented them to all members of the congregation.- Prior to the start of the program, I decorated the facility in a specified theme for that year - Performed daily general janitorial duties, and assisted clean-up at the close of the program.
