Also managed our Diversity and Inclusion team on an interim basis (1 FTE). • Key achievements include the creation of a suite of career development resources, including multiple intensive career programs, a weekly career coaching clinic (over 500 participants to date), career pathing videos and ~20 professional and identity-based peer affinity groups/partnered programs; the design and launch of Broad’s first leadership development program for academic faculty and senior scientists (now the Institute’s flagship program) and later adapted to support scientific project leaders; the identification, integration and launch of Broad’s online learning system, MyLearning, along with hundreds of Broad-designed learning modules (e.g., microlearning, seminars).
