• Managed Middlesex Health Resources, a for-profit corporation turning it from losing money to a profitable entity by restructuring debt, negotiating lease arrangements and selling off non-revenue producing facilities.

• Completed tax exempt financing for a cardiac catheterization laboratory and cancer center in 2001 totaling $15.5 million and for a laboratory and surgical renovations project totaling $11.9 million in 2002.
