I was able to successfully create an environment and leadership training programs that helped teens and young adults developed leadership skills and attitudes that lead to positive lifestyles. Impressively spearheaded everything from talent development events to leadership meetings, plus international trips and annual conferences. Under my recommendation and initiative we held weekly meetings for two hours as a youth group and the young people were trained and engaged in positive messages and training that helped them to make better life decisions. In addition I counseled many young teens and young adults who were experiencing personal problems and helped them to overcome some of their challenges. I was also a board of director and in many cases served in the capacity of associate pastor when our senior pastor traveled for other engagements.

As a guest services agent I was heavily engage in assisting guest with anything they needed from restaurant services to travel arrangements. I conducted tours of the entire property twice a day which included sharing in-dept knowledge about all of the animals in the largest open air aquarium and educating the guest about everything about the resort and the native culture. As a Prompt Response Agent I was apart of an elite team of individuals who were responsible for ensuring that any problem that occurred in the entire resorts gets resolved. I was also commissioned to properly document extensive daily reports for the executives to make informed decisions for the entire operations of the company.
