He is currently a University Lecturer at Cornell University and advises a number of Remuneration Committees. Reward Solutions at Aon is the world’s leading performance and rewards benchmarking and consulting firm servicing Financial Services (McLagan), Technology & Life Sciences (Radford), General Industries and Emerging Markets with over 40 offices around the world. His diverse career with the Aon includes most recently serving as CEO Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa Reward Solutions (2020 to 2022) and Global President of McLagan (2017 to 2019). Ray established the McLagan business in the Middle East a dozen years ago and the McLagan business in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) over twenty years ago. In addition to being an authority in executive compensation, Ray counsels Boards, Remuneration Committees, CEOs, government leaders and senior executives worldwide. His clients include leading Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity firms, Banks and leading Multi-National corporations. Ray's experience as a global executive won him a nomination to the Forbes Top 50 Executives in the Middle East.
