He is currently a University Lecturer at Cornell University and advises a number of Remuneration Committees. His clients include leading Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity firms, Banks and leading Multi-National corporations. Ray's experience as a global executive won him a nomination to the Forbes Top 50 Executives in the Middle East.
