The cEEG Project Manager/Hospital Liaison is a hybrid position in both the Sales Department with a role within the EEG technologist department. This position is responsible for cEEG accounts from conception through onboarding and maintaining an ongoing, strong relationship with hospital staff. He or she must have excellent knowledge of Neurotech cEEG processes, technology, and strong communication and organizational skills. The cEEG Project Manager/Hospital Liaison works closely with the Director of Business Development, cEEG manager, IT department and COO. Organizational skills, attention to quality and accuracy, and strong customer service skills are necessary. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer focused, knowledgeable in epilepsy and critical care monitoring protocols, ACNS guidelines and ASET best practices, experienced in LTM and EMU monitoring and dedicated to quality and patient care.

The cEEG facility access coordinator is an advanced position in the Neurotech neurodiagnosticdepartment. The cEEG facility access coordinator works with client hospitals IT, BioMed andadministrative personnel to ensure appropriate remote access to hospital EEGs for Neurotech LTMtechnologists to allow effective cEEG monitoring. He or she must be familiar with different typesof remote connection platforms (Citrix, BOMGAR, LogMeIn) as well as different EEG recordingequipment and EEG review software used in hospitals (Nihon Kohden, Natus- Xltech, Nicolet).CEEG facility access coordinator must have knowledge of ACNS guidelines for ICU monitoringand current nomenclature for cEEG and critical care. The cEEG facility access coordinator musthave excellent computer technology and organization skills. Communication, problem solving andability to multi-task are also necessary for this position. He or she must be ABRET credentialed inEEG and experienced with EMU and ICU monitoring, neonatal, pediatric EEG and critical care.The cEEG facility access coordinator performs responsibilities of LTM Technologist includingcontinuous monitoring of ICU and EMU patients, review of the AEEG data for in-home studiesand intermittent monitoring of in-home AEEGs according to Neurotech protocols and policies.The cEEG facility coordinator works under general technical supervision only.

I worked at a hospital as security, greeter, and valet for 7 months. Then I transferred to a food processing plant where I had to check employees and visitors in and out for 3 months. Eventually I transferred to an ink processing plant where I was promoted to a supervisor and was in charge of three other security officers and took care of scheduling, client relations, and relations with the main office. Then I worked in Kalamazoo at the Pfizer plant as a security officer. My job responsibilities were patrolling the premises of the plant, inside and outside, to make sure nothing goes wrong. Eventually after a year at Pfizer I gained a position as a mobile patrol officer. I drove around in a company car to various client sites throughout the night. Each site you would do inspections and if requested, other tasks including taking temperatures, locking doors, and watching over shift changes, etc. We are responsible for each client site being safe and secure, and being in charge of carrying information and items that could compromise security. The job involved a lot of walking, getting in and out of a car, and stairs in no matter what type of weather. Our biggest responsibility was being on call during our shift, taking calls from clients and alarm companies. Currently I work as a security officer at a Spectrum Health site where we protect and greet the employees, visitors, and all the property involved with the site.
