About Ray Fischer

Ray is co-founder and CEO of Aha Insights Technology. His career began in advertising, which 18 months later led him to PepsiCo where, as a marketing guy and brand manager, he got his first significant exposure and involvement in research. Furthering his career evolution, he had a foray into the Internet and technology space in the late 90's early 2000's which laid the foundation for his current role as a technology innovator and leader on a global stage. In 2002 he joined research consultancy RealityCheck, and in 2005 he was able to combine his research and technology experiences and apply them to the then very new world of online qualitative resulting in his first tech software platform "Living Diary".Fast forward to 2012: With the insights technology proof of concept well established, Aha! was formed and spun out of RealityCheck Consulting as an independent entity with headquarters established in the Detroit suburb of Northville. Ray took the helm as CEO and Founding Partner, the role he continues into this day.2019 was a significant milestone year highlighted by the integration of Zoom into the Aha platform. This represents the world's first integration of Zoom with another software technology making Aha the first company in the WORLD to become a Zoom integrated channel partner. This put Aha! firmly in the live online focus group business allowing the company to do hybrid method research combining its best-in-class asynchronous features with live video conversations. This strategic alliance expanded Aha!'s business dramatically and delivered explosive revenue and profit growth when Covid-19 changed the research industry forever.2021 marks 16 years in online insights technology for Ray, collaborating with global brands and superstar consultants, plotting and planning future initiatives for current brands, and refining the crystal ball for future products and services. The Aha! team and their clients continue to collaboratively enhance the technology, designing new tactics, projective methods, and approaches to making online insights technology more engaging and powerful for researchers, respondents, and clients.
