By our integrated approach on learning and growth we enable ourselves realizing our strategy and enabling our colleagues and customers growth. Mijn drijfveren zijn dan ook om collega's te motiveren en te doen groeien, procesverbeteringen door te voeren en een fijne werkomgeving te bieden waarin altijd ruimte is voor verbeteringen en groei.Als manager support was ik verantwoordelijk voor eerste en tweede lijn support voor onze klanten. In deze rol heb ik na een reorganisatie de verantwoordelijkheid voor het support team gekregen en samen met de overgebleven collega’s de dienst en het team opnieuw opgebouwd, gemotiveerd, processen en tooling geïmplementeerd en continue verbeterd. Een van de resultaten was een verlaging van de voorraad aan tickets met >60% en het verhogen van de SLA scores met meer dan 50%. Show less
