In deze rol heb ik na een reorganisatie de verantwoordelijkheid voor het support team gekregen en samen met de overgebleven collega’s de dienst en het team opnieuw opgebouwd, gemotiveerd, processen en tooling geïmplementeerd en continue verbeterd. Een van de resultaten was een verlaging van de voorraad aan tickets met >60% en het verhogen van de SLA scores met meer dan 50%. Show less
