Valerie Arbaugh has built this business from the ground up by providing outstanding service to both our clients and the job seekers. Every job seeker gets a personal interview which entails a complete skills assessment, along with background and experience as well as the type of work they are looking for. Valerie shared with me that Action Total Staffing will always take a personal interest in our clients and job seekers in order to provide outstanding services, and that’s what sales is all about, service. I started with in home sales and received top notch old school sales training from award winning sales managers at General Ionics a subsidiary of GE. Realizing I would be better suited selling to businesses I made the switch to a Janitorial Company selling service and supplies as the Sales and Service Manager. Before coming to Action Total Staffing I was recruited by a small environmental company, Envirotect to participate in the marketing and image building of a membrane biological reactor system representing companies from Germany and the US. After a large investment of time, energy, resources, and money the company chose to go in a different direction.I bring a lot of experience and applicable practices to the table for ATS as well as for our clients. Action Total Staffing understands that top notch sales people offer top notch services consistently.
