Manage the industrial security program for CSC, a subsidiary of L3Harris to include the Millersville campus and its new off-site. Partner with the senior management official (SMO), key program managers and engineers to ensure required safeguarding of proprietary, classified, and controlled unclassified information (CUI). Utilize both USG databases (DISS, NISS, NCAIS) as well as commercial platforms (incl. SIMS). Oversee DD-254s.o Ensure the 24/7 security of classified and related holdings (incl. Jointly develop and manage the corporate security program as T-Rex has transitioned from a small to medium-sized business. Provide critical operational support and key policy contributions leading to the success of NISP compliant personnel (PERSEC), physical (PHYSEC), Insider Threat (INTP) and Information (INFOSEC) programs. Within six months expanded the two person office team duties to include badge & credential inventory control, electronic issuance tracking, and lost/stolen processing.
