Responsible for implementation of Workday’s US Payroll, UK Payroll, and Time Tracking solutions for customers utilizing the Workday Implementation Methodology to get them live in production on time and within budget. Key in this effort is ensuring the customer becomes a happy and referenceable implementation and that customer satisfaction ratings remain at 97% or better. As a Senior Consultant I provide Workday product and implementation expertise into these engagements, working with clients to understand their business requirements, help configure and rapidly prototype their tenants, convert data, test the Workday solution, deploy to production, and identify opportunities for other service offerings. I provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to these projects and feed back product enhancement needs to the respective product development leads and through collaboration within the “ecosystem” via Workday Community. In addition, as Senior Consultant I am responsible for remaining certified on current Workday solutions, mentoring other consultants, and generally becoming a product and architectural expert assisting in the full systems development lifecycle.

Working with internal customers to capture requirements and extend Oracle applications to meet BT's agile business needs. High- and low-level solution designs to improve people intensity measures through automation, SDKs, reporting, enabling self-service and integration, while striving to deliver functionality right first time. Responsible for architectural, data protections, and security governance and for working with customers and development teams on application design and configuration, security configuration, administration, and integration design for PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM, ELM, CRM, EPM, and Portal; application, interface, and reporting design with both PeopleSoft applications & Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition; PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal configuration and integration; production support. Application Security/Security Integration and US Benefits lead on an HR Transformation program successfully deploying a very large Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS implementation.

Provided functional consulting on hrms fit/gap, implementations, upgrades, etc. for Fortune 100 companies including JC Penney, Lexmark, Compaq Computers, Duke Energy, Lockheed Martin, Levi Straus, Xcel Energy Services, Union Pacific Railroad, and British Telecomm. Application experience with HCM, Enterprise Portal, Enterprise Learning Management, HRMS Collaborative Applications, application security, Query, Crystal, SQL, and PeopleTools.

As a systems analyst responsibilities with the airline included implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS, maintenance of the Walker Accounting System, RACF Security Administration, HRMS fit/gap and online application development for PeopleSoft 6 HRMS, as well as application development using Microsoft Access and Lotus Notes in support of financial systems such as general ledger, accounts payable, financial reporting, and payroll.

As payroll manager for this telecommunications business, I supervised all payroll functional areas and was responsible for systems maintenance, development projects, general ledger transactions, and employment tax reporting, remittance, and compliance. Managed small payroll department staff and and worked on payroll tax compliance issues related to mergers and aquisitions.
