Build working relationships with the commercial warehouse facilities under NTSTOS for contemporary storage of personal property, review and conducts and analyses of the NTSTOS as well as other associated documents submitted by these facilities. Resolve problems relating to services, reports, and general operation of the storage program to include placing TSP in a Non-Use Status when necessary.
