Storage Specialist
CurrentResponsible for monitoring the performance and other essential documents for nearly 900 Transportation Service Providers (TSP) and over 2,000 domestic storage facilities within Defense Personal Property Program (DP3). Initiates the Pre-Award process for the TSP’s as requested. Reviews Non-Temporary Service Tender of Service (NTSTOS) rate change requests submitted by TSPs, modifications, and Annual Review packages to include financial statements, lease agreements, and other supporting documents. Validates Certificate of Warehousemen’s Legal Liability Insurance for TSP’s. Creates Modifications as necessary for Wage Determination, Rate Revisions and Authorized negotiators. Analyze the NTSTOS administrative files and ensure that leases, Dept. of Labor Wage Data, insurance certificates, and authorized negotiators current. Build working relationships with the commercial warehouse facilities under NTSTOS for contemporary storage of personal property, review and conducts and analyses of the NTSTOS as well as other associated documents submitted by these facilities. Resolve problems relating to services, reports, and general operation of the storage program to include placing TSP in a Non-Use Status when necessary.
