About Ray N.

I'm starting my 10th year as a technology instructor providing instructions on computer repair, computer networking, decirity. and help desk support. Our school is leading the initiative for proficiency based grading for technical and professional skills(Communication, Collaboration, Creative Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Employability). One of the most exciting things about this process is changing student behavior from getting a grade for turning in an assignment. We focus on their ability to demonstrate, communicate what they do, what they understand about their work, and the challenges of what they learned from those challenges. I'm an athlete, observer, productivity expert, "Knowledge Silo" and learner of technology.
