About Raymond Poole

Raymond is CEO at PMIS Ltd. with over 40 years experience within the Project, Programme & Portfolio Management arena. During his early career, he worked on numerous high-profile Civil Engineering projects within Ireland and overseas. Since 1996 he has predominantly spent most of his time engaged in helping companies take a Project Management approach to their organisation through the implementation of Oracle Primavera solutions. He has been engaged by companies within the Engineering, Hi-Tech, Transport, Oil & Gas, Defence and Utilities sectors both at home in Ireland and internationally. In addition to project managing such implementations, he is heavily involved in maturing the workforce of his corporate clients to increase their capabilities/competencies and expertise in Planning, Scheduling, Contract, Project and Program Management. He has been involved in cases acting as Subject Matter Expert in relation to Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis.
