• Documents and provides inputs and updates to established guidance, policies, and regulations in the Command Operations and Information Center (COIC). Provide presentations, information papers as needs to ensure dissemination of information on process changes and procedures for US Army Sustainment Command Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP)• Develops and documents Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training programs with PowerPoint briefings which can be used in various methods of instruction (e.g. on-the-job- training, web sessions, video teleconference, or email), in support of (LOGCAP) operations. Coordinate with other organizations and agencies to gain consensus on issues and recommendations. • Directs, develop and perform logistics management operations which involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating the logistical actions required to support (LOGCAP) in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman specified mission, Logistics support and other designated programs. • Monitor organizational and contractor compliance with milestone and system performance criteria. Collaborate and plan with other managers and appropriate personnel to coordinate and/or integrate operations and interests of other organizations. • Gather facts and develop conclusions relative to any matter having a significant impact on solutions to problems requiring command attention because of their criticality of involvement with high-level policy. Exercises technical leadership to obtain agreement on required actions, schedules and the resolution of conflicting points of view concerning program or policy matters. • Serve as an administratively lead. Examines and provides expert level domain and functional consulting, analysis, methodological and design support to complex programs or projects.
