Responsible for analyzing and increasing Office 365 usage across Alterra and all of its fully-owned resorts, including license management with an eye on value capture, and setting governance and usage policies. A single license audit once revealed over $300K in yearly savings. Worked within an Agile / SCRUM team. Successfully upgraded SharePoint Online Intranet to the new "Modern experience" (including new home site and hub structures) and established it as a standard for all content. Rolled out Microsoft Teams as a full replacement for Skype for Business at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, including setting up Unified Communications in the form of programming auto attendants, conference bridges, and telephony with Microsoft Phone System. Created custom training video content for Office 365 products.Also responsible for the Power Platform environment administration, and authored Microsoft Flow / Power Automate solutions. Converted a manual paper process to a fully digital and automated approval process handling 2500+ requests yearly using Power Automate.

Business required weekly procurement and merchandising of thousands of SKUs, while running events several nights a week hosting 12-40 people. Successfully ended business by selling to competitor.
