CurrentAs a business Solutions Consultant with Information Capture Solutions I assist in all facets of the customer life cycle: marketing, lead gathering, initial contact, RFP responses, customer analysis assistance, onboarding, and account relations. My essential responsibilities include:Prospect development: I generate leads and build relationships with potential clients in identified market segments while educating them on the services and offerings ICS can provide.Solutions marketing: I handle all email, outbound, and social media marketing for ICS; while working with our internal team to create and provide the most updated and relevant content to our potential customer base.Account relations: I assist our executive team in customer relationship building, technical writing, RFP responses, knowledge transfer, account on-boarding as well as management.
