Hengelo, strategisch gelegen in het midden van Twente, ambieert een economisch sterke binnenstad. Een winkelhart met schone, veilige en goed bereikbare straten en pleinen waar bewoners en bezoekers zich welkom voelen en graag willen verblijven.
