I advise companies and private equity firms on all aspects of their corporate, securities and transactional matters, with an emphasis on middle market transactions. I have successfully represented clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations and middle market businesses to private equity funds and portfolio companies. After graduating cum laude from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, I practiced with national firms and also served as general counsel and senior vice president of a private equity fund before co-founding Walker Eisenbraun LLC. I have previously served as a board member and advisor for several energy portfolio companies and currently serve on the Board of Directors of Santo Clinic, which provides medical services in Haiti, and on the Development Council of The Arms of Hope, which houses, educates and assists disadvantaged children and single mothers.
