Often made by an individual to automate a part of their workload, these tools become the department default application. The FOCUS team takes these tools and transforms them into enterprise applications or migrates them to off-theshelf products.

Finntax Telecom, now Detron is a regional telecom company with a strong brand and install base. The company wanted to expand their portfolio to include IT services to better serve their customers and provide them with a one-stop-shop for their communication and data needs. - Contribute to the development of data-related services for existing customer base - Setting up a Service Desk (Telecom/Data) - Managing the onsite support team, work planners and the service desk - Project Management for IT Projects (firewalls/routers/infrastructure)
