• Responsible for the implementation and management of the Contractor’s Quality Control Program, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services for the project.• Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications and standard of excellence of the Joint Venture. • Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications. • To be able to document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data. • Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections. • Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site. • Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties. • Document all inspection and testing in QC reports. • Supervises the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality• Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, Sadara standards and Specific contract requirements.• To lead the team of QC Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities. • Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs. • Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors. • Coordination with Civil testing agencies / batching plants for in time delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations. • Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR’s to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP’s, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc. • Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violation

• Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved Work Sequence and Methodology.• Interprets and executes plans and specification.• Checks work design and technical specification if implemented correctly on site.• Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related to work activity.• Coordinates and monitors subcontractor works on proper execution and compliance to Quality plan.• Furnishes subcontractors the plans/details needed as well as informing them the changes or additive/deductive works on site.• Evaluates and checks work accomplishments versus submitted billings.• Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials on site.• Ensures that all materials to be installed comply with the approved submittals and tests.• Conducts “time and motion study” and documents man hour productivity on assigned scope of works.• Ensures the proper stock filing and safekeeping of the company-owned equipment and tools.• Prepares the work activity reports for monitoring and update of Superintendent.• Accomplishes and prepares QA/QC checklist and Daily report.• Implements all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment.

• Supervision & monitoring the quality of works in every aspect of the project involving work sites, to ensure that the required Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications are met.• Coordinates and control project construction by continues inspection of work progress for quality, workmanship and conformance with plans and specification.• Always maintain the quality of materials which in conformance with Saudi Aramco Specification & Standard.• Preparing/ Issuing of NCR for non-conforming materials and activities and providing assistance/supervision in all civil activities.• Preparation of required RFI and checklist before commencing on every site activities.• Inspection, examination of all civil equipment prior to installation.• Coordination with clients for inspection and procedures approval.

• Supervises actual accomplishments of the project and evaluates if it’s delayed or advanced as per schedule.• Prepares status report of actual accomplishment to management.• Prepares estimate for variation of work order.• Prepares weekly work schedule in order to meet the projected work schedule and to complete the project as per projected time of completion.• Conducts inspection of work to check the quality if it conforms to the standards or needs to be rectified.• Prepares report re: Queries of Work for presentation during weekly meetings, Constant verification with the Designer of the Project for possible advice of relocation, adjustment, changes in structural, plumbing, electrical and architectural designs.• Prepares accomplishment billings.
