I am responsible for project management for planning, training, surveys, and information gathering processes as well as other projects. I take part in assisting in the development of analytical reports and articles. I serve as a contributing writer and integrator for gap analysis, assessments, after-action reports, improvement plans, and other key analytical projects. I directly provide policy briefs for the Council of San Diego City. In this I have also been responsible for public administration and policy development. I directly communicate, reply, and report any concerns or issues that our constituents may hold. I approve the amounted granted to constituents and determine their eligibility with small business grants that the county district is providing. • Played a key role in the distribution of over one million dollars to small businesses in the County of San Diego. • Increased the case closure of the constituents to 100% • Shadowed public health affairs such as homeless outreach programs and policy development of the San Diego County

Due to COVID, the role of the student worker changed quite a bit. I was responsible for a lot of public administration work that dealt with recording and filing several forms of public records. These of which include birth certificates, marriage certificates, changes of board advisors in various districts, such as schools.
