• Supervises a team of four facility team members to execute daily tasks and goals throughout the 9 story office building.• Oversee the financial resources allocated to the Food and Beverage (F&B) department for IAC HQ & other subsidiaries, verifying & processing all invoices for facilities related purchases for Accounts Payable to approve. • Network relationships with F&B vendors and serve as the point of contact for preventative and predictive maintenance of leased equipment, including upgrades and swap outs.• Source inventory with cost-savings initiatives to promote sustainability and reduce waste for entire building, opting in for healthier options where desirable and producing a rotating selection to the appease internal & external clients.• Supervise & assist the Facilities team with providing soft services for clients at IAC HQ while adhering to IAC’s policies and best practices• Spearheading strategy building exercises & streamlining processes to improve productivity and employee output; by coordinating & prioritize work through CMMS applications (Angus/Outlook/Forms on Fire) in line with the scope of work of each team member.• Set metrics that are align with organizational goals by tracking areas of inconsistencies to improve & ensure the timely and satisfactory delivery of services to operate and maintain the property, while working along side other Operational team members to accomplish goals.•Oversee the IAC building Mailroom: ensures that incoming and outgoing mail/packages are input into the WTS tracking software and delivered in a timely manner. Also ensures inter-departmental mail is delivered throughout the day. Schedule pick up appointments via FedEx, UPS and courier services. • Works closely with the Events team, Engineers and Security department to ensure quality services without disruptions of other work.
