Raymund Sison is the Founder & Creative Chief of Lennon Group, a Manila-based social impact group that imagines a better world using creativity as a force for good. He is passionate about finding fresh and meaningful ways to tell stories and finds joy in ideas that meet at the intersection of humanity, creativity, and technology. He was named APAC’s 40 Under 40 2023 for his innovative creative leadership that cares deeply about people and purpose, and was nominated for Campaign Southeast Asia Creative Leader of the Year 2023 for transforming a young digital indie into one of Asia’s most awarded agencies, through creativity, culture, and innovation. Under his creative leadership as Chief Creative Officer, Propel Manila was named 2023 and 2024 Global Digital Indie Agency of the Year by Campaign Magazine, besting the world’s best digital indies, two years in a row. Bagged Agency of the Year multiple times across award shows. Ranked one of the top agencies in Asia-Pacific according to The Work 2023.He’s gained over 18 years of local and regional experience from agencies like DDB, Grey, BBDO Guerrero, Publicis Jimenez Basic, including his own creative companies Propel Manila and Elesi Studios, where he had the opportunity to work on campaigns for P&G, Jollibee, Heineken, Pepsi, J&J, Uniqlo, Lazada, Starbucks, Philippine Department of Tourism, Unicef, MindNation, Lagablab Network, Pride@Tech, E Zobel Foundation, Gerry Roxas Foundation, Planet Cora, among others. Along the way, he’s picked up awards and recognitions from festivals like Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, New York Festivals, One Asia, Spikes, Caples, Stevies, Epica, Kidlat, Araw, Boomerang, The Work, including the country’s first Grand Prix at Mad Stars and the inaugural E Zobel Diwa Grand Prix for Creativity with Impact to the Community. Right now he sits as Board of Trustee and VP for External Affairs at the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines and Chairperson for DMAP Digital Young Creators, where he helps mentor and shape the next generation of creatives. He dedicates his time to serve the community and strives to use creativity as a force for good. He believes that creativity will light the way and change the world.
