- Welcome an average of 50,000 people to campus each year with a 60-person staff and manage the Visitor Center's information desk, handling walk-in and telephone inquiries- Utilize strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to be an effective UGA ambassador and present the student experience and culture to diverse tour groups of over 30 people from across the United States and world

- Hosted weekly office hours to offer additional help in chemistry, addressing student questions and reinforcing understanding after new lessons or before exams- Supported lectures of 100 students by answering questions, solving problems, and clarifying complex concepts to enhance overall comprehension

- Recruited students from universities, colleges, and councils from boroughs in the United Kingdom through direct email marketing, organizing volunteer opportunities in an effective manner - Streamlined volunteer communication processes by redesigning engagement tactics and enhancing the promotion of The Felix Project’s mission, resulting in improved clarity of shift goals and increased volunteer participation- Redesigned and clarified daily task narratives for volunteers, ensuring better understanding of daily objectives and overall impact, leading to a more cohesive and motivated team

- Assisted 30 residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and reported patient updates through clear communication to Nurses, Physical Therapists, & Doctors - Transported patients and fostered patient relationships to ensure an enjoyable care environment
