About Rayna Chatha

I am a second year student at Adler University, pursuing a Master’s of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy degree. My passion for helping others is what led me to pursue my degree in psychology, and is a factor that would allow me to excel in numerous professional opportunities. I have always desired to work in a helping profession since a young age and look forward to achieving that goal in my career. Throughout the professional and volunteer experiences I have partaken in, I have been able to develop a valuable skill set. Most notably, a few of the strengths that I have developed are my verbal communication and detail-oriented writing skills, my ability to deliver excellence while working collaboratively in group settings or while working independently. Additionally, I am capable of recognizing tense and stressful situations and assisting in de-escalation processes. Working in a retail environment has taught me the importance of reliability, punctuality, accountability, and confidentiality. I seek to deliver these same tenets of professionalism in any new position I partake in to ensure the success of operations.
