I am a dedicated health promotion practitioner with a passion for social justice, equity and inclusion and primary prevention. I am interested in systems thinking and the socioecological model of health, with a focus on its practical application in shaping policies and addressing health disparities. I am a highly organised strategic thinker with excellent skills in leadership, stakeholder management and project design, delivery, and evaluation. Currently, I am contributing to the gender equity space by leading the implementation of Melton City Council's gender equality strategy and supporting the Free from Violence Local Government program. Additionally, my background includes valuable experience in community development, particularly in the areas of place-based activation and community safety.
