Experienced professional working in environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and specialized in industrial hygiene (IH). I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of occupational risk management and the practice of safety science. As the Director of EHS & Sustainability at Catalent Pharma Solutions, I oversee the implementation and improvement of EHS&S programs and policies across complex multi-business site, respective business units, ensuring EHS compliance, efficiency, and best practices. I also lead the sustainability initiatives and reporting for the company, aligning them with the corporate vision and values. In addition to my current role, I am an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Missouri, where I teach courses on IH and EHS topics, sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of professionals. I serve as the President of the AIHA Mid-America Local Section, a volunteer organization for professional industrial hygienists, where I promote the advancement and recognition of the profession and foster networking and collaboration among members. I hold an ABET accredited Master's Degree in IH and multiple certifications and honors in the field, demonstrating my commitment and expertise.
