Main responsibilities: • Develop and deliver a project management program with all the details for the projects in the program; • Adopt and promote the usage of agile methodologies, processes and templates across the board; • Actively define and monitor all project phases for all interconected projects in the program; • ldentifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of all projects; · Set realistic strategic goals for all projects in the program and develop strategies to achieve these goals; •Prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the projects schedule, managing stakeholders expectations and negotiations; • Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances; • Keep the project plans updated in the systems (e.g. ADO, Jira, Miro board, Confluence, Trello, PPM Express, Parallax) together with deliverables (e.g. presentations, communications and other documentation as required); •Coordinate external project teams involved in the delivery activities and the client sponsors, execute leadership on program level; •Develop and execute an efficient internal and external communication strategy for ensuring communication with all relevant stakeholders.• Provide effective leadership to the program members. Ensure that projects included in the program are properly closed and lessons learned are recorded.
