• Develop and deliver a project management program with all the details for the projects in the program;
• Adopt and promote the usage of agile methodologies, processes and templates across the board;
• Actively define and monitor all project phases for all interconected projects in the program;
• ldentifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of all projects; · Set realistic strategic goals for all projects in the program and develop strategies to achieve these goals;
• Prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the projects schedule, managing stakeholders expectations and negotiations;
