• Review station reports related to service, safety, quality with understand of issues that need to be addressed with Business Contacts and Authorized Officers (BC/AO) and Employees.• Communicates daily with BC/AOs on P&D planning and uses the VRP system (Vehicle Routing Planner) to execute plans.• Investigates and communicates customer service complaints with both BC/AO's, Employees and customers with the end results of a resolution.• Create, maintains and monitors files required by Department of Transportation (DOT) such as driver files, company and vendor equipment, and hours of service violations.• Assists and completes Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) test and develops and implements corrective actions plans when necessary. • Involved with safety items such as, inspections, safety committee, safety meeting, and accident reporting.• Maintained a 99.5% or higher On-Time Service for 7 consecutive years.• Lead the NorCal district with the Best Employee Turnover for 2007-2009.• During 2008-2009, I lead a team aimed to reduce complaints within the district, and was able to drastically improve our ranking from 27th out of 31 to 11th in 2008 and 4th in 2009 • Station had the Best Complaint Frequency in the district 4 times in the past 7 years. In 2008, I was ranked 6th in the company, and ranked 3rd in the company in 2009 • Station dispatch efficiency was Top 10 in the company for 5 consecutive years. In 2009, we were ranked #1 in the company. • Awarded P&D Operation of the Year in 2012 • Created a double dispatch process in 2008 and in 2012 I received the company’s Innovation Award. The QOAK double dispatch process was rolled out and utilized company wide in 2013.
