The success of this campaign is broken down in 3 main pillars I implemented then managed / executed with my staff.-Community Growth and Appeasement.-Economic Stability.-Consistent Communication and Transparency.Community Growth and Appeasement:For success in maintaining and achieving mint sell outs, it is imperative that the community feels "bullish" about the project. Daily engagement activities, partnership implementation, and constant communication on the success of each mint maintains this feeling and creates FOMO (fear of missing out). Capturing the energy of growth and consistently displaying the numbers / stats to the general public initiates a surge of abundance across all platforms. This becomes a domino affect and propels each mint into a greater velocity of growth and success. The main KPI's monitored to display this is the social media metrics, daily volume, total owners, and # of NFT's listed. Increasing the number of owners while reducing total NFT's listed on the market further solidifies the trends of a bullish project. The daily engagement activities included community events, twitch streams, giveaways, twitter spaces, AMA's, etc... the more content for the community to consume the better. Partnership implementation was focused on acquiring the support of a major influencer in the gaming and web3.0 industry. For this project I went with "Ravers" who is the owner of world renowned esports organization "Obey Alliance" and one of the most credible nft influencers in web3. Communicating the success of each mint allowed the ones who minted to be fulfilled and want more, while the ones who missed out would bite tooth and nail for a chance to be part of next one. -
