My research focuses on stereotyping and prejudice, with a particular lens on prejudice reduction strategies. As someone committed to social justice, I apply my research in the classroom setting and in community-based efforts at racial reconciliation. I have experience teaching advanced undergraduate courses and developing curricula and materials to address bias in organizations. I also serve as a diversity consultant.
