As General Manager, Ray administers the company's relationships with several area non-profit agencies. He personally estimates all bid and work requests from these agencies and dispatches work to sub-contractors. With a background in art and drawing and experience in home remodeling, Ray designs specialty adaptations and product applications, meeting the individualized needs of clients and requests of funding partners.
