As a United Nations Youth4Climate delegate representing the United States, he played a pivotal role in shaping youth-driven climate initiatives. His leadership extends to co-chairing the Youth Policy Advisory Council at the Sustainable Ocean Alliance and providing strategic advice on ocean innovation to the President and Government of Palau during COP27 and COP28. Rayne’s influence is further underscored by his positions on the TED Vision Council, the Steering Council of the Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance (ORRAA), and the USA board of directors for Fauna & Flora International.Rayne’s impact extends to the nexus of technology and innovation. At Google X, he contributed to groundbreaking climate and ocean technologies aimed at achieving planetary impact.
