He was certified as a Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America in 2011 and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Mr. Gomez has participated on a variety of distinguished U.S. and international projects: In Baja, Hawaii, Texas, Arizona, Washington and other locations he has worked on land development, planned communities, hospitality amenities including golf, park facilities, artificial lakes & reservoirs, main entry experience & club amenities. Other areas of experience include horizontal infrastructure, coastal infrastructure, tilt panel construction, light industrial, modular & offsite building technology, Class A office, lux-retail, mid-rise and luxury residential markets. Specialties include leading jurisdictional approvals, related planning & engineering and commissioning of assets for Owners.Currently, Mr. Gomez consults in the offsite and modular construction space and offers development management, pre-construction and construction management services to Owners in AZ and surrounding regions.
