Back in 2005 when I travel to Malaysia, I notice that Malaysia Ringgit fluctuate about 20cents in 6months, well that isn't much I know, but I start to wonder if there's a way to earn money from the fluctuation?That's when I discover Forex Trading back in 2005, there aren't many course providers on this subject and I started my self-learning journey. In my learning journey, I realised that there is a lot of misunderstanding in this industry and to my surprise, most of the misconception comes from people in the trading industry. They used what they learned from other investments and thought Forex Trading is the same. The biggest misconception is that Leverage in Forex Trading risks you lose 100x more than your capital if you chose your leverage to 1:100.I'm amazed when I received my first withdrawal request back then. Think about it, with a click of a mouse I can generate money, thee's no need for me to meet any prospect, there's no need to do follow up calls, there's no need to please anyone to put food on the table. I live life the way I wanted. I choose when to visit the Malls, Theme Park, do my Groceries and there's no queue and best of all I only need to spend 30mins a day to do my analysis and the rest I leave it to technology(setting alerts, that's what smartphone should be doing).From time to time, there are incidents that stop me from going to my office and the most recent incident is caused by the Pandemic. On the contrary to popular belief, Forex Trading isn't that risky after all.1. Nothing can stop a trader from trading, all you need is a computer and internet connection(good enough for youtube should do the trick).2. Forex is Currency, it is the common mode of transaction around the World, when we are trading the 8 main currencies, you will not expect the currency to go worthless the next day and most of the time when something big is going to happen, they prepare you months and years in advance. Like Brexit Referendum, Election, etc...3.
