Director, Open Enrollment Program Management
Current• Tasked with building a new team that is responsible for implementing and facilitating program level initiatives to increase efficiency for Benefitfocus’ largest project – Annual Enrollment.• Execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.• Responsible for the creation and distribution of program level reporting to be used by leadership teams to make calculated and timely decisions.• Present ongoing statuses to executive leaderships to influence business related decisions• Works with multiple business channels to develop Open Enrollment related operating procedures, documenting workflows and process steps.• Facilitate change control board meetings with internal stakeholders where risks and objectives are presented• Provides direction and oversight to project teams to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business requirements.• Create work forecasts for internal leaders enabling them to capacity plan more efficiently.• Develop standard reporting process to represent the status and health of renewal projects across multiple business units• Defining roles and responsibilities following a company-wide reorganization.
