Happiness is experiencing the realisation of a pursuit in life, of which I have many.People and business are two of my passions, which continue to draw me in search for improved approaches to achieving the best from ourselves and how we practice business. Throughout my immensely enjoyable career, my underpinning motivator of understanding and getting the best of myself, have primarily been obtained through making the worlds around me better places - be it through the people or systems / methods applied or a mix of all.My career to date spans the globe from Ireland to Australia, New Zealand, through Asia to the middle east, Caribbean, back to Ireland and now sunny Perth in Western Australia. Executive & business coaching to training scuba instructors.Mediation & negotiation to collaboration & networking IT to HR - CEO to new inductee.From corporate giants to family businesses (with mergers and take-overs keeping things interesting) and from the 25th floor downtown Metro to 40 meters underwater in the tropics.As an avid promoter of personal development and self mastery, my passions revolve around engaging people with their potential and facilitating the changes involved in reaching our preferred realities!
