Introduced, built, and designed automated dashboard solutions for the department's various teams, which consolidated multiple levels of scattered information into always up-to-date, easy-to-digest visualizations encompassing areas from financial analysis all the way to Press Ganey patient experience data. Reworked foundational P&L and provider productivity data structures, featured in the department’s Excel based reporting process, to fit a standard database format. This resulted in a more comprehensive and robust information system which consolidated data from multiple clinics into a single location. Provided department leaders and physicians with actionable solutions to impromptu projects such as provider slot utilization analytics and web hosted survey solutions. This resulted in useful productivity insights as well as cost savings from the cancellation of unnecessary reoccurring subscription fees. Collaborated with various external departments and interstate healthcare organizations as a business analyst consultant to develop data visualizations for their respective projects. Developed and implemented a weekly training program to instruct team members on maintaining and building automated dashboard solutions using technical skills such as SQL and Power BI.

Implemented different levels of digital automation to the reporting process which resulted in individual time savings of up to 5 hours per week.Laid the foundation for an automated feedback process to be used in the reimplementation of executive rounds. This resulted in a highly efficient and easy-to-use data collection process that could be viewed instantaneously by the executive team.Created multiple wayfinding solutions to aid in patient navigation. Assigned and successfully completed the implementation of an upgraded critical path method system which replaced their old system that was discontinued in 2010. This improved the functionality of Serco’s logic-based timeline scheduling and is still used today.Successfully managed communications between vendors, subcontractors, and consultants which resulted in minimal operational and material waste, successfully keeping the group of projects below budget.Assisted the Senior VP with the administration and successful completion of $22,000,000 worth of projects for Harris County Flood Control. These four projects encompassed the reinforcement of waterways to help alleviate erosion damage due to flooding.
