As a graduate from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science in Information Management, I have a strong foundation in data analytics, data warehousing, and databases. I am currently working as a TEM Consultant at Societe Generale, where I cover the full scope of telecom expense management related services, such as invoice audits, contract renewals, financial variance reporting, and asset management.In my role, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide reporting, analysis, and assessments, and adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. I also contribute to the review and improvement of internal processes and workflows. Previously, I gained valuable experience in digital asset management at The University of Hong Kong Library, where I supported the creation, organization, and preservation of digital collections. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
