In 2013 re-branded as Florida Resort Realty and expanded to Orlando market specializing in vacation rental properties.

Manufacturing and supply chain solutions for uniforms and industrial apparel. Relocated under-performing Caribbean factory with 575 employees to Dominican Republic. Oversaw development of software to automate supply chain and process flow. Responsible for manufacturing and logistics producing approximately 16,000 SKU's, representing $80,000,000 worth of apparel products annually.

Ray and his partners opened a vertically integrated retail and manufacturing operation. BJ Keats, Ltd., was an innovative limited-hour membership retail outlet, pioneering the weekends-only retail concept. The operation grew into a very large, highly profitable business with 80,000 member-customers, doing $22,500 per hour in sales. Ray started his first business in 1971 at the age of 22. Rayson Clothing designed and manufactured men’s updated traditional men's suits targeting 25–40 year old executives. Headquartered in New York City, Rayson found its niche with major accounts including Brooks Brothers, Saks Fifth Avenue, and hundreds of better men’s specialty stores nationwide. In 1976, Ray launched the Mallard brand, which was an immediate success and sold in over 5,000 stores.
