From my first 12 years as a mathematics teacher and coach, to the next 15 years researching, observing and designing content and tools, my focus has been on meeting needs of “today’s” learner. Through my current position as owner & CEO of Spider Learning, Inc. I am empowering teachers and students to create personalized experiences, just as I did as an award-winning teacher, department chair, and mentor at South Fayette Township SD. I have been blessed with great friends and teachers along the way that have taught me much about school leadership, systems design, innovation, and business. These friends along with their experience and support have enabled me to be successful in leading schools, managing initiatives and bringing innovation and efficiencies into classrooms worldwide.
