As VP of Engineering, I was responsible for all technical direction and execution within LexRay. This includes: product development, engineering, R&D, development methodologies, infrastructure design and implementation, dev-ops, customer stand-up and implementation, active customer support and reporting, and finally the leadership of a full stack team comprising of Java, mobile (iOS + Android), web, and support teams.I successfully re-architected a legacy monolithic platform as a microservices based (horizontal scaling through edge-node load balancing with Netflix's Eureka) architecture including a multi-tiered API allowing for third-party development on and deployment within the new, scalable, infrastructure.

I lead a team ranging from 6 to 20 developers and system administrators. Utilizing the best tool for the best job as consultants and system integrators demanded the ability to change directions and focus quickly to continue to drive multiple projects through to completion.
